Artist in Me

Have you ever seen those painted plates? Ones for babies, weddings, baptisms etc.. I decided that I being the ever crafty girl that I am- that i indeed could paint said plates. So, pre-snow day when I knew Mini G and me would be stuck in abode all day-alone, I headed to Hobby Lobby and found paint espically for ceramic & glass. Little did I know white plates, plain with a lovely wide edge, are terribly hard to come by! Dang- 6 discount stores later still NO plates.... Have found great cross and painted bff's mini #2 a lovely cross with all the specifics of her baptism which is Sunday. On ward to find plates...

Teething....

Teething........holy shit! Who warns a new Mama about this? It is aful. I had a baby Prince, sleeping through the night by 7 weeks- pure angel until he hit 4 1/2 months......... Mother F'er my mini turned into something spawn from evil. Crying......waking constantly... ..aaaaaahhhh what do ya do? I was told to avoid topical gels as all they do is toughen the gums and therefore make the teething longer- no good- tried teething tablets- no real luck there- only relief at all was baby tylenol. I need options!
