Today, I am giving you a SUPER easy Mexican Dish that is a real crowd pleaser. I started with a rotisserie chicken. Everything else you probably have in your pantry! For real.
1 can cream of chicken
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can ro-tel
1 can chicken broth
1-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
no cook lasagna noodles
Shred the chicken and set to side. Mix soups & ro-tel together. Layer casserole dish starting with soup mix on bottom, noodles, chicken, cheese and repeat. Voila’ it really is that easy!!
Bake at 350 for 45mins to 1 hour. Enjoy!
