frozen or fresh meat balls (I use the HT fresh Turkey Meatballs)
Good Food brand espresso red wine steak sauce
1/2 bottle red wine
8 oz of chicken or beef stock
4 to 8 oz sour cream
1/2 bar dark chocolate, good quality
cook all day. when you come home pull some of the sauce out and put into a pot. add chocolate, stir to melt, add a little corn starch or flour, then add sour cream. (however creamy you like it.) Serve with rice or egg noodles. good luck girls.

That sounds very interesting.
I have to say that my first reaction to the title was “You’ve gotta be joking” – but I have to say that I’ve made sauce for beef tenderloin that involved red wine and chocolate and it was excellent. So perhaps I’ll have to give this one a try! Thanks for sharing!
I love chocolate – but have never tried it savory. This is interesting thought…
Yikes! I like these things separately but the question is, will I like them together?! I will have to try!
Very interesting but worth a shot! Thanks for sharing 🙂
