Welcome to the 1st Edition of What’s Baking Wednesday! I am so excited to share all my fun baked goods and I thought it fitting to celebrate a BIG Birthday 90 years… WOW! What can I say? I was so honored to make this cake for the Matriarch of one of my favorite families!
This is the biggest cake I have ever made! I started with a basic chocolate cake recipe, tripled it and added my secret ingredients. I added clementine zest, orange juice & a little Gran Marnier to the recipe and then made Orange Cream Cheese Frosting. YUM!!
