Franny’s Fav Marinade

My dear friend Franny is a fantab cook and always sends me wonderful recipes. She actually uses this marinade on pork but, I thought I would give it a whirl on flank steak and it was just as good and I think I may have liked it better on the beef. Either way this marinade will not disappoint!

Cinnamon Marinade

4 Tablespoons sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

4 Tablespoons soy sauce

1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

2 Tablespoons sherry (cooking sherry is fine)

1 teaspoon ginger

2 teaspoons dry mustard

Marinate overnight for best results. Grill to med-rare and ENJOY!
